In conjunction with the Pompano Beach CRA (Community Redevelopment Agency), Cavache Properties is developing Old Town Square. This 10 story Mixed Use project consists of 280 rental apartments with 5,000 square feet of commercial/ retail space in Old Town Pompano. This district in the western portion of Pompano Beach has been the focus of urban redevelopment to establish and revitalize Old Town as envisioned years ago.
